So why should you trust me with your body?
That’s a great question, and I’m so glad you asked.
I’m a movement teacher with over 11 years of experience and more than 16,000 classes taught.
I’ve worked with so many different people: from complete beginners and people rebuilding after injuries, to advanced students, and even other instructors. You could say I’ve seen it all… and went through it all myself.
Because in 2010, a serious lower back problem changed everything for me.
That’s when I discovered Pilates and it completely changed the direction of my life. It became my passion, my career, and my way of helping others.
But what it didn’t do was fully solve my back pain.
For more than a decade, I kept searching - studying movement, experimenting, learning from different methods, and diving deeper into how the body actually works. Through that process, I uncovered what was missing: a more modern understanding of biomechanics.
I teach people how to rebuild strength, functionality, and trust in their bodies, especially those struggling with lower back pain that limits them.
But helping people get out of pain is just the beginning. Because once your body feels safe and supported again, a whole new world of movement opens up. You start to move with understanding, power, precision, and intention.
That’s where the journey toward becoming a mindful athlete begins.
A mindful athlete trains like an athlete, with challenge and discipline, but moves with mindfulness and awareness. They understand their body, respect its signals, and know how to create progress.

Helping people transform their relationship with body and movement is my passion and my purpose, and a privilege.
